Overview

I have been involved in mentoring my staff, post-graduate students and post docs. Currently, I am one of the official mentors for researchers that aim to become Chief Researchers (the highest level of researchers) at my institution. In my interactions, I place emphasis on both content of the work and on the context within which the researcher / staff is operating. I listen with the view to understand, and if necessary, respond.
