Overview
Napi Wouapi, is a PhD holder (in integrated rural development and agricultural extension) and socio-environmentalist, fluent in French and English. He has over fourteen years’ relevant experience in climate risk assessment and vulnerability work in a development context. He is knowledgeable of TAMD – Tracking Adaptation and Measuring Development – monitoring and evaluation tool. Current, he serves as senior lecturer and researcher at the Department of Rural Socioeconomics and Agricultural Extension, Dschang School of Agronomy and Environmental Sciences, University of Dschang, Cameroon. He is a reviewer at Emerald Publishing, International Journal of Climate Change Strategies and Management

I have worked as full time research awardee for the International Development Research Center (IDRC Canada, Western and Central Africa Bureau in Dakar Senegal) under the Climate Change Adaptation in Africa (CCAA) research and capacity development Programme addressing climate change adaptation nexus sensitive sectors (health, Agriculture, water, energy, biodiversity and transboundary natural resources https://idl-bnc-idrc.dspacedirect.org/bitstream/handle/10625/55663/IDL-55663.pdf?sequence=1&isAllowed=y) CCAA was a jointly funded initiative of IDRC and the UK Department for International Development (DFID). CCAA was the biggest grant plus at IDRC ($ 65 million dollars) and one of the biggest internationally initiative grant.
