Photography/Videography Consent

• My entry and presence on the event premises constitutes my consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, distribution, exhibition, performance, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of my appearance, voice, name (and other personal identifying characteristics) without compensation, for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the International Institute of Environment and Development(IIED) and its initiatives. I expressly release and agree to hold International Institute of Environment and Development(IIED), its successors, assigns, licensees, and partner organisations harmless from any claims and liabilities whatsoever of any nature.

Health Acknowledgement

We encourage all attended to prioritise their health and the health of others by not attending the event if they are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of illness.

• If feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, chills, etc., I will not attend.
