Overview
Dr. Bilal Ahmad Pandow is an academic, researcher, and editor with over two decades of experience across higher education, finance, development and public engagement. His work focuses on climate finance, sustainable development, financial inclusion and inclusive learning. He currently serves as Associate Professor at Bahrain Polytechnic and as an editor with leading international journals and publications. A certified microfinance trainer and award-winning researcher, he has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, authored books and book chapters and contributed to policy, consultancy and community initiatives across South Asia and the Middle East. His interdisciplinary expertise bridges research, teaching and impact.
