Khansa Naeem is a development practitioner with background in climate change, migration, livelihood, and gender-related issues. At SDPI, in her role as a Research Associate, she is actively engaging in various research projects that revolve around critical issues like climate change, gender equality, youth empowerment, and climate-induced migration. Some of her notable projects include "Trends and Impact of Climate Change on Migration in Pakistan," where she particularly focused on the gender and youth dimensions, and "Research on South Asian Women on Move: Labour Trends and Avenue for Inter-Regional Cooperation."
