Overview
I have spent over 3 years in project and program management, research and leadership roles across diverse and challenging environments. From managing community-based projects to multimillion dollar grants in Zimbabwe. My career has been dedicated to making a tangible difference. In 2021, I managed the USAID-Funded Human Wildlife Conflicts Mitigation research projects on socio-economic and environmental effects associated with direct interaction of wildlife species and people across Zimbabwe - intended to enhance natural resource management, community resilience and development in the field of climate change adaptation and biodiversity conservation. I am passionate about continuous learning through research in diverse areas.
"No matter the obstacles and shadow the road may look like, perseverance and curiosity are keys to unlock solutions. Every step, be it forward or setback is a fuel to success, a lesson to learn, an opportunity for improved knowledge and understanding and a mother to innovation."
