Overview
I earned a Ph.D. in Ecological Economics, and post doctorate on climate Economics. With over 20 years of experience in Indian research institutions and 8 years of teaching Environmental Economics, my expertise spans climate change adaptation, forestry, biodiversity, and ecosystem service valuation. I was Key Carbon Expert for the Kenyan government. My training includes various ISO standards for carbon footprint management. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with DFID, ADB, World Bank, and UNDP, and private sector entities. I worked on State Climate Change Action Plans and collaborated with the Ministry of Statistics and Planning on natural capital accounting.

Involved in two Deltas (Indian Sundarban Delta and Mahanadi Delta) as climate Adaptation Lead from India and doing Economic Modeling of the Impacts of Climate Change of India. For the modeling we are using CGE model and GAMS software.
